My heart is full after such a special evening at White Out for a Cure.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported this event, and helped raise awareness for the fight against cancer. Your generosity and kindness make a real difference in the lives of patients and families facing this disease every day.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and stood beside me in support of the American Cancer Society and this important cause. Together, we are helping create hope for a future with more survivors and fewer cancer diagnoses.

Last Thursday was a special reminder of how fortunate I am to do work that I truly love. It was an honor to celebrate alongside the incredible women recognized in this year’s Little Rock Soirée Women to Watch class.

I’m especially grateful to work for and learn from Susanna Wattt. For more than 20 years, she has been one of my closest friends, and watching her build Anchor Strategies into a respected, female-owned lobbying firm has been inspiring. She has never made it about gender. She simply leads with integrity, hard work, and the belief that if you are willing to put in the work, you belong. I know her example has inspired so many women, and really anyone who has ever wondered if they belonged in politics, to believe there is a place for them at the table.

I’m equally grateful for the leaders, clients, and friends we have the privilege of working alongside every day. We have been fortunate to build relationships with people who value character, trust, and results above all else. That kind of respect and collaboration is what makes our work so meaningful.

Congratulations to the entire 2026 Women to Watch class. I’m incredibly honored to be included among such inspiring company and proud to be part of the small but mighty team at Anchor Strategies.

Paddling for a purpose. 🐉

A special congratulations to Anchor Strategies Founder and CEO Susanna Watt and the Arkansas National Guard Team G.I. Rows for bringing home the win at the River Cities Dragon Boat Festival!

While the racing was exciting, the true impact of the day was supporting the Children’s Protection Center and its mission to provide hope, healing, and advocacy for children and families in our community.

Such a fun night at the 2026 Home Runs for Kids’ Sake game supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas and the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Arkansas.

Loved seeing members of the Arkansas House, Senate, Governor’s Office and Attorney General’s Office come together for such an important cause. The new softball format made for an unforgettable night full of laughs, friendly competition, and community.

So grateful to everyone who helped make this event possible and continues to pour into Arkansas children and families every single day.

We are pleased to announce Susanna Watt as an honoree for the 2026 Best Dressed Ball!

Susanna Watt is the Founder and CEO of Anchor Strategies, where she helps clients navigate Arkansas’s legislative landscape with a hands-on, relationship-first approach. A Navy veteran and experienced lobbyist, she has worked on a wide range of policy issues and is known for getting things done.

Her background includes work with the Arkansas House of Representatives, the Governor’s Office, and multiple lobbying firms before launching her own company. Today, she represents clients across healthcare, energy, business, and nonprofit sectors.

Beyond her professional work, Susanna is passionate about giving back. She is actively involved with Women’s Own Worth, supporting survivors of domestic violence and helping expand long-term housing solutions through the organization’s villa communities.

At her core, Susanna is a connector, an advocate, and a mom of two who believes in showing up, working hard, and making an impact.
