Arkansas Chapter of N.O.B.L.E Conscience of law enforcement

THE NOBLE PURPOSE
To unify Black Law Enforcement Officers at executive and command levels;
To conduct research in relevant areas of law enforcement;
To establish linkages and liaisons with organizations of similar concern;
To evaluate and recommend legislation relating to the criminal justice process;
To establish effective means and strategies for dealing with racism in the field of criminal

justice;
To develop communication techniques for sensitizing police executives, police officers, institutions and agencies in the criminal justice system to the problems of the black community;
To develop mechanisms that will facilitate the exchange of information among black police executives;
To articulate the concerns of Black Executives in law enforcement.

NOBLE Congratulates Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on Historic Confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court.

NOBLE members are overjoyed by the confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court as the first Black female justice, and proud their organization played a role in this historical event. NOBLE President Frederick L. Thomas recently testified before the Senate Judicial Committee in support of Brown during her nomination hearings.

Passing of the Mother of NOBLE - Peggy Triplett πŸ™πŸΏ

It is with a heavy heart that NOBLE announces the passing of one of it’s founders – Peggy Triplett (Mother of NOBLE). We extend our heartfelt prayers and condolences to Momma Triplett’s family, friends, and constituents.

We have been in contact with her family and received this unfortunate news early yesterday morning. Funeral and/or homegoing service details will be communicated as they become available.
