We're thankful for our leadership volunteer team who traveled to Washington, DC in September for our national Leadership Summit & Lobby Day. We met with both Senators and all 4 Representatives to talk about protecting federal funding for cancer research and prevention programs, to pass the Medicare Multi Cancer Early Detection Screening Act, and to extend the marketplace healthcare credits.

We're grateful for our cancer fighting advocates who traveled to Little Rock last spring for our annual Cancer Action Day to talk with their state lawmakers at the statehouse. During our 2025 event, we advocated in support of increased access to coverage for genetic testing and coverage for supplemental breast imaging. Both bills passed the legislature and were signed into law!

Be on the lookout for information about our 2026 event after the holidays!
