Protect AR Families We’re fighting to safeguard the Constitutional rights of all Arkansas families. This page is actively moderated by Protect Arkansas Families.

Protect AR Families is a citizen-engaged watchdog and advocate for protecting the rights of Arkansans from being eroded or erased by government and special interests. The Committee to Protect AR Families formed to protect the constitutional right of Arkansans to a trial by jury. This committee will lead the fight to disqualify and/or defeat the misguided attempt to amend the state’s constitution.

Protect Arkansas Families encourages an open discussion with diverse viewpoints and is committed to keeping this public page a safe space for commentary. Comments that threaten or condone violence, include personal attacks toward another user, or exist solely to provoke arguments are considered inappropriate and will be deleted. This morning was a huge win for safety and accountability! The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that brokers can be held accountable for hiring unsafe or negligent trucking companies. We’re thankful that this conservative court recognizes the responsibility brokers have - and the accountability that comes with it! Thank you for protecting the rights of American families!

FIRST ON FOX: An Indiana school counselor, who was fired for speaking out against a district policy that required employees to keep students' gender transitions secret from parents, has settled her lawsuit for $200,000.

Kathy McCord, a veteran educator of 37 years, argued the policy forced staff to lie to students and parents.

People count on insurance companies to be there in their time of need. Instead, stories of these companies compounding the grief, trauma and hardship are becoming all too normal. Time for that to change! This is why no powerful special interests should hold special privileges from the government. Let them be held accountable!
