Please join us in welcoming Dennis Gilliam to the Goodness Village Board!

Dennis is the President and Founder of DMGilliam Capital Management and brings more than 30 years of leadership, business, and financial experience to our organization. He has a long history of serving his community and supporting nonprofit organizations, including through the Rockstar Collegiate Tennis Challenge, which benefits both Goodness Village and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

Dennis was introduced to Goodness Village through his wife, Melissa, one of our wonderful volunteers, and we are SO grateful for their shared passion for our mission and the families we serve.

We’re excited to have Dennis join our board and look forward to the impact his experience, leadership, and heart for service will bring to Goodness Village.

Home looks different for every family who stays at Goodness Village.

Sometimes it's a quiet cup of coffee before an early appointment.

Sometimes it's sharing dinner together after a long day at the hospital.

Sometimes it's simply having a place to rest and be together.

This full-time role will help support the financial operations that make it possible for us to care for families traveling to Little Rock for medical treatment.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, experienced in accounting, and passionate about using their skills to support a mission that makes a difference every day.

Big news at Goodness Village… we’re opening our 27th apartment!

What started with one apartment and a simple desire to help families stay together during medical treatment continues to grow because of this incredible community. Every apartment means another family has a place to rest, recharge, and stay close to the care they need during difficult seasons.

Apartment #27 means we’ll be able to welcome and care for even more families traveling to Little Rock for treatment, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helps make that possible.

A very special thank you to Jamie and Chris Fowler for generously funding the furnishings for this apartment and helping bring this vision to life. Support like this helps transform an apartment into a place that feels warm, welcoming, and like home for the families who stay with us.

“To all who have made our 71 days here at Goodness Village a relaxing safe comfortable stay we express our gratitude for providing us with housing during Don's Radiation treatments. He has done great! Thanks to all of y'all. Thanks for the gift baskets and especially the quilt and everyone’s love and kindness. Will never forget your compassion.”
