From candles and lip balm to lotion bars and more, you’ll get a “behind-the-scenes” look at the beekeeping process and the many products that come from the hive! 🐝
Amy Kruse/Little Rock Honey Co. will be at the library to give this presentation!

August Senior Coffee! ☕️
We had another great program this month for our Senior Coffee!
Alyssa, from Avera Health in Rock Rapids, was our program presenter.
The topic was on Bone Health!
Alyssa talked about bones, weak bones, osteoporosis, osteopenia, bone density, DXA scans, what causes weak bones, ways to keep your bones strong, along with a variety of other information about bones and bone health.
Each person in attendance received a booklet about Bone Health and Osteoporosis.
This was a very informative program for everyone!
