A 2.29‑carat canary yellow diamond was recently uncovered at Crater of Diamonds State Park! This is one of the rarest colors and the third‑largest find of the year.

The finder named it the Sage Juniper Diamond after his granddaughters who were helping him search; this stunning gem is a reminder that you never know what you might find when you dig into Arkansas’ volcanic soil. Hundreds of diamonds are found each year, and your find could be waiting for you, too!

Plan a visit, bring water, watch the weather and come try your luck!
