Our annual CCSOEBA scholarship has returned again for 2025 and several students from various school districts submitted essays that were in turn anonymously submitted to Sheriff’s Office employees to be voted on. We would like to congratulate Allen Root, a 2025 graduate of Randolph Central School for winning the scholarship. Allen is the son of Nathan and Peggy Root of Randolph NY. He is planning to attend Alfred State College in the fall to pursue his desire to eventually go into the law enforcement field. Best wishes and good luck to Allen in his coming years!
