Recently, we’ve received emails from former clients saying something pretty simple:

“Your solution is better.”

Across professional and collegiate sports, our schedule continues to grow with returning customers, longtime clients, and organizations choosing VZP for the first time.

And it's happening during one of the most transformative periods the sports industry has seen.

College athletics departments are navigating:
• NIL and the new era of student-athlete revenue sharing
• Increasing pressure on athletic department budgets and operating costs
• Conference realignment, expanded travel and changing media landscapes
• The need to maintain accessibility and the fan experience while being asked to do more with limited resources

Professional sports organizations are facing many of the same pressures: • Rising operating costs and increased expectations for efficiency
• Rapidly changing broadcast, streaming and media-rights environments
• Growing expectations for digital, mobile and in-venue fan experiences
• The need for technology that can scale, integrate and adapt without adding unnecessary complexity

In that environment, organizations are looking closely at what actually works.

What provides value? What can scale? What reduces operational burden? And what can evolve as technology continues to change?
We're grateful that more organizations are finding that fit with VZP.
With live captioning, human and AI captioning options, multiple AI engines, real-time translation, QR codes, cloud-based delivery and flexible workflows, our goal has never been to force every organization into the same solution.

It's to find the right solution for them.

As our sports schedule continues to grow with new clients, existing clients and returning clients, so does our commitment to what got us here:

Keep innovating. Keep adapting. Keep listening.
But most importantly, keep serving the Deaf, hard-of-hearing and multilingual communities who rely on these services to access the teams, games and experiences they love.

"All AI captioning platforms are the same."

WRONG.

Different environments create different challenges for real-time AI captioning.

A sports arena isn’t a government meeting.

A university lecture isn’t a corporate conference.

And highly technical terminology isn’t the same as everyday conversation.

So why rely on one AI engine for all of them?

With VZP Reach, we take a multi-engine approach to real-time captions and translation, giving us the flexibility to use the technology that best fits the content and environment.

⚙️ Multi-Engine Flexibility

We aren't locked into a single AI provider or engine.

🎯 Optimized for Your Content

Different engines have different strengths. Our approach allows the technology to better match the terminology, speakers, and environment.

📈 Built to Scale

From a single meeting to large-scale live events, the platform can adapt across industries and use cases.

🔓 No Vendor Lock-In

As AI technology evolves, we're not tied to yesterday's solution. We have the flexibility to evolve with it.

The result?

More flexibility. Better real-time accessibility.

Every sports organization invests heavily in delivering the best possible fan experience.

But one critical audience is often overlooked:
Fans who rely on captions to fully engage with live content.
For sports streaming networks, captioning isn’t just about compliance. It’s about accessibility, audience growth, engagement, and ensuring every fan can experience the excitement in real time.

That’s why we built VZP Reach.
✔ Patented live captioning technology
✔ Scalable for everything from collegiate athletics to major league broadcasts
✔ Trusted by organizations across professional sports

Today, VZP Digital supports accessibility initiatives for organizations across major sports leagues, venues, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.

Because when the game is on the line, every second matters, and every fan deserves access to the action.

One event. One message. More ways to make sure everyone can access it.

From a live conference or sporting event to a webinar, training video, broadcast, or internal meeting, communication only works when your audience can understand it.

We provide both human and AI-powered captioning and translation solutions, giving organizations the flexibility to choose the right approach for their content, audience, timeline, and budget. Our services include live and post-production captioning, translation, transcription, subtitles, interpreting, audio description, and automated accessibility solutions.

Whether you're connecting with fans in a stadium, attendees at a conference, constituents in a government meeting, students in a classroom, employees across an organization, or viewers around the world, we help make the message accessible.

Solutions built around what your event actually needs.
Because accessibility shouldn't limit how or where you communicate.

Captions. Translations. Connections that matter.

The Americans with Disabilities Act has transformed lives for the past 36 years, opening doors, expanding opportunities, and reinforcing the fundamental right to accessibility and inclusion.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize that the work is far from over. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and every step forward brings us closer to a more inclusive world for everyone.

At VZP Digital, we're proud to help organizations make accessibility a priority every day. As we look ahead to the upcoming accessibility guidelines, we remain committed to helping our clients stay ahead of evolving standards and continue making meaningful progress.

Here's to 36 years of the ADA, and to the work that still lies ahead. Together, we'll keep building a more accessible future.

Happy Birthday to VZP Digital

10 years.

It’s hard to put into words what this milestone means to us.
Over the past decade, VZP Digital has grown in ways we could have only imagined when we first began. Year after year, more clients, organizations, and partners have placed their trust in us.

From government agencies and professional sports leagues to Ivy League universities, organizations of every size, and some of today’s leading social influencers. Each has trusted us with something deeply important: helping ensure their words, ideas, experiences, and moments can reach more people. And we have never taken that responsibility lightly.

But as we celebrate how far we’ve come, we know that our story has never been about technology alone.

At the heart of every caption, every translated word, every event, and every innovation are the people and communities we serve.
For 10 years, we have worked to make communication more accessible, more inclusive, and more connected.

As technology has evolved, so have we. Our responsibility has remained the same: to listen to the communities we serve, to learn from them, and to do our best to ensure that every step forward is a step in the right direction.

Innovation matters. Progress matters. But the people we serve will always matter most.

To every client who put their trust in us, every partner who has grown alongside us, every team member and professional who has shared their talent with us, and every person who has used our services: thank you.

One of the most meaningful parts of celebrating 10 years is knowing that some of our clients have been with us since the very beginning. To look back and realize that such incredible organizations and people have trusted us, grown with us, and supported us throughout this entire journey is difficult to put into words. Those relationships mean more to us than we could ever express, and we are deeply grateful to have shared this incredible ride with people who believed in us from the start.

Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for challenging us to be better. Thank you for being part of these first 10 years. Thank you for choosing to be ACCESSIBLE.

We are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and even more inspired by how much work there is still to do.

Here’s to the next decade of listening, learning, innovating, and connecting the world with words.

That’s how many people have taken the time to interact with and like one specific post.

In the viral video, a father helps his blind son follow the FIFA World Cup 2026. His father created a board and uses his hand to show where the ball is on the field. When a goal is scored, the joy on his son’s face says everything.

The father’s creativity and dedication are remarkable. He found a way to ensure his son could experience the match in real time.

At the same time, the video highlights a broader reality. Too often, accessibility depends on the extraordinary efforts of individuals rather than being built into the experience from the start. Families, friends, and caregivers frequently become the bridge to access because the systems around them have not fully removed those barriers.

Sports create moments that cannot be recreated. They are the moments people talk about for decades. The game winning goal. The impossible comeback. The championship celebration. The last second play. They become shared memories that connect generations.

As the final matches take place this weekend, millions of people around the world will be experiencing those moments together. Thanks to continued advancements in live captioning, live audio description, tactile experiences, and other accessibility innovations, more people than ever can participate in those shared experiences.

Accessibility should not be an afterthought. It should be part of the experience from the very beginning.

Because the greatest moments in sports belong to everyone.

Access benefits everybody.

The biggest moments in sports only happen once.
Every fan deserves to experience them at the same time.

When a referee explains a game-changing call.
When a player’s name is announced.
When an emergency message is displayed.
When the national anthem is performed.
When the crowd erupts after a historic play.

Those moments shouldn’t be experienced differently simply because someone is deaf, hard of hearing, or speaks another language.

That’s why we built VZP Reach.

As the U.S. patent holder for on-demand caption translations, VZP Digital is redefining what accessibility looks like in live sports, broadcast television, streaming, and live events.

Unlike solutions that rely on a single AI engine, VZP Reach combines multiple AI engines with professional human captioners to deliver the accuracy, resilience, and flexibility that live events demand.

From stadium video boards to personal mobile devices, audiences can access real-time captions and translations, so they never miss what matters most:

🏟️ Public address announcements
🎤 Player introductions
⚖️ Referee explanations
🚨 Safety and emergency messages
🎉 Fan engagement segments
🎵 National anthem and other spoken or sung presentations

This isn’t just about checking an ADA compliance box.
It’s about creating equal access to the live experience, so every fan celebrates, reacts, laughs, and stays informed at the exact same moment as everyone else.

Because accessibility isn’t about providing a different experience. It’s about providing the same experience.
