Recently, we’ve received emails from former clients saying something pretty simple:
“Your solution is better.”
Across professional and collegiate sports, our schedule continues to grow with returning customers, longtime clients, and organizations choosing VZP for the first time.
And it's happening during one of the most transformative periods the sports industry has seen.
College athletics departments are navigating:
• NIL and the new era of student-athlete revenue sharing
• Increasing pressure on athletic department budgets and operating costs
• Conference realignment, expanded travel and changing media landscapes
• The need to maintain accessibility and the fan experience while being asked to do more with limited resources
Professional sports organizations are facing many of the same pressures: • Rising operating costs and increased expectations for efficiency
• Rapidly changing broadcast, streaming and media-rights environments
• Growing expectations for digital, mobile and in-venue fan experiences
• The need for technology that can scale, integrate and adapt without adding unnecessary complexity
In that environment, organizations are looking closely at what actually works.
What provides value? What can scale? What reduces operational burden? And what can evolve as technology continues to change?
We're grateful that more organizations are finding that fit with VZP.
With live captioning, human and AI captioning options, multiple AI engines, real-time translation, QR codes, cloud-based delivery and flexible workflows, our goal has never been to force every organization into the same solution.
It's to find the right solution for them.
As our sports schedule continues to grow with new clients, existing clients and returning clients, so does our commitment to what got us here:
Keep innovating. Keep adapting. Keep listening.
But most importantly, keep serving the Deaf, hard-of-hearing and multilingual communities who rely on these services to access the teams, games and experiences they love.
