Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our Chief Administrative Assistant, Kim M. Over the last several years, Kim has been a tremendous asset to our department operations and a valued member of our team.

Her commitment to serving our community has made a lasting impact on everyone at the department. While we are sad to see her leave, we are excited for her as she begins a new chapter with a neighboring agency. Thank You, Kim!

This morning, Det./SRO Doherty/Rhett/Rip, SRO Abu, and Officer Farr provided these two lucky students with a cruiser ride to school. Nothing beats starting the school day with smiles, excitement, and a positive connection. We hope these students enjoyed the special trip to school as much as our officers did.

Please welcome our newest Comfort Dog Rip, who will be paired with Det/SRO Doherty.

It was a great night of tributes honoring Chief Matt Pinard, organized by his wife Laura, Sgt. Casey, and Det. O’Donoghue.
The evening’s speakers included Sgt. Brian Casey, Union President Bryan Kiley, Middlesex Sheriff Peter Koutoujian, daughter Madison Pinard, retired Chief John Kelly, wife Laura Pinard, brother Mark Pinard, and finally, the man of the hour himself, Matt Pinard.
A well-deserved sendoff for a respected leader, and we wish him nothing but the best in his next chapter
