There is no single Arapahoe County housing market. Trends vary by city, ZIP code, neighborhood and property type.

By the numbers: In Q1 2026, Aurora ZIPs 80013/80017/80018 were down 5.8% year over year, while Centennial was up 3.3% and Cherry Hills/Greenwood Village was up 3.6%.

What it means: Countywide numbers are useful, but residents should look at comparable sales near their own property.

(Posted 5/29/26) - The traffic shift originally scheduled for overnight on May 31 on E. Arapahoe Road between S. Revere Parkway and S. Potomac Street has been postponed due to design modifications that will help ensure the safe and continuous flow of traffic throughout construction.

- Daytime lane closures Wednesday–Friday
- Left turns restricted at E. Arapahoe Road & S. Revere Parkway
- Reduced speed limit through the work zone

Did you know that using too much fertilizer can harm the environment? When extra nitrogen and phosphorus wash off your lawn, it flows into local storm drains and ends up in our lakes and rivers. Pollutants like these can trigger toxic algae growth in fresh water, potentially hurting people, pets, and wildlife.
