The district has recently received several complaints regarding properties watering outside of the mandatory watering schedule. We would like to remind all customers that Denver Water’s summer watering rules are mandatory as well as the mandatory drought restrictions.

July is Smart Irrigation Month, an annual reminder that watering wisely is one of the easiest and most effective ways to conserve water. This year, the message is especially important as Colorado continues to experience drought conditions and mandatory outdoor watering restrictions remain in effect for district customers.

UPDATE: Water service has been restored to all affected residents. Clean up and restoration are in process.

There is a water main break near 4770 Bow Mar Drive. The following customers are affected by the water outage: 4760, 4670, 4740, 4770, 4720, 4700, and 4690 Bow Mar Drive. Service is expected to be restored by 3am.

WATER SERVICE WAS RESTORED TO ALL AFFECTED RESIDENTS AT 5 AM. CLEAN UP AND RESTORATION IS IN PROCESS.

There is a water main break near 4760 Bow Mar Drive. The following customers are affected by the water outage. 4760, 4670, 4740, 4770, 4720, 4700, and 4690 Bow Mar Drive. Water service is expected to be off from 5 pm to approximately 1 am.

Due to ongoing drought conditions, Denver Water has implemented mandatory drought measures and a temporary drought surcharge that will impact all customers, including the district. The district is also moving to monthly billing for the duration of the drought.
