Good Morning Kipling Villas,

Our annual clean up day is this Saturday, June 21 - 8am to 11am. We will have 2 - 30 yard roll off dumpsters available for your disposables. The cost is included in your membership. If you have already joined for 2025, you are allowed one pick up load of trash. If you have not joined yet, you can join Saturday. Bring a check or cash to cover your $40 annual membership. You may bring another load of trash for an additional $10. This is first come - first served. Once the dumpsters are full, we cannot accept any more trash. The dumpsters will be located at the intersection of South Iris Street and Walker Place. (aka the Iris Street closure). Volunteers will be available to help you unload your vehicle. Below there are 2 pages of items that are unacceptable. Please use this as a guide when loading your vehicle. If you have questions, email me at [email protected] or call 303-507-3495
