We’re excited to welcome **The Loop** to Warren County! Join us for the Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting on Thursday, October 22, at 11:00 a.m. at 142 S. Main Street in Warrenton.

The Loop is a new shuttle service connecting local establishments in Warrenton and the Littleton/Lake Gaston area. Thursday through Sunday, you can enjoy an all-day shuttle service—making it easier to explore, visit local businesses, and enjoy a carefree day out while leaving the driving to someone else.

Planning a group outing on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday? The Loop is also available to rent for group transportation, including airport trips.

This is a first-of-its-kind service for our region, and it’s especially welcome during the busy lake season. Gather your friends, make a day of it, and take advantage of a convenient new way to experience Warren County and the Lake Gaston area.

A little history, a lot of heart, and a siren with a story to tell. ❤️🚒

During last Saturday’s Harvest Moon Festival and the grand opening of the Plummer Museum, Frank Hunter shared a special musical dedication to the newly repaired siren. It’s a wonderful reminder of the people, stories, and traditions that make our small towns so special.

The siren is sounding again in Warrenton! 🚒

A special moment for the Plummer Hook and Ladder Fire Museum as its newly reinstalled siren sounded for the public during Saturday’s grand opening. It’s wonderful to see a piece of local history come back to life!

Missed the opening? There’s another chance to step inside and explore. The museum will welcome visitors again Saturday, October 17, at 10 AM.

A little drizzle couldn’t keep the fun away! 🌦️ Thank you to everyone who came out to the Harvest Moon Festival on Saturday. We started the day with a little rain and ended with beautiful skies, smiling faces, and another wonderful day in Warren County, NC. ❤️

We’re so grateful for the community, the visitors, and everyone who helped make the day special. It’s days like these that remind us what makes this place feel like home.

Today, we welcomed about 900 cyclists and volunteers to Lake O’ The Woods in Warren County, NC! 🚴‍♀️

We hope our Cycle NC friends enjoyed a chance to slow down, take in the countryside, recharge, and head back out feeling refreshed and ready to finish strong.

Thanks for stopping in and spending a little time with us. We’d love to welcome you back again soon.

Wednesday, we are welcoming Cycle North Carolina’s Mountains to Coast riders at Lake O’ the Woods as they roll through Warren County. 🚲🌳⛅

Volunteers will be on site around 8 a.m. with water, fruit, and snacks, live music from Acoustic Edge, chair massage, and Warren County giveaways reminding riders to "Step In. Stay Awhile."

This is the 27th running of the ride, which first crossed the state from Manteo to Murphy in 1999. Neighbors, please give them room on the road.
