All enlistment ratings are now eligible to earn bonuses in America’s Navy, and you may qualify for more than one. All bonuses can be combined to a total of up to $40,000.
$3,000 for all Active Component recruits who graduated high school.
$2,000 for Active Component recruits who pass their first official Recruit Training Command (RTC) Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) with a score of Satisfactory-Medium or better.

SO, SB, EOD, ND and AIRR pass your Physical Screening Test (PST) and get an additional $2,000. Applies to all Active Component recruits in the Warrior Challenge Program (WC). The member must remain in WC and graduate from RTC to remain eligible.
