NOW BOOKING FOR THE 2023-24 SEASON
Be one of the first hunters on the new whitetail and exotics ranch at the KDC Tree Farm in Livingston, Tx.!
This ranch has undergone management for the past 5 years, and has been high fenced for the last 2 years to ensure a quality deer herd and strong genetics can thrive. Next season we will be offering a limited number of guided hunts for trophy whitetail and axis and expect our books to fill pretty quickly, so book now to lock in your hunt of a lifetime! These will be 1 on 1-2 rifle hunts with your guide from box blinds hunting over food sources and water sources.

Whitetail Buck pricing as follows:
150-169 7/8” $7,000.00
170-179 7/8” $8,000.00
180-189 7/8” $9,000.00
190-199 7/8” $10,000.00
200-209 7/8” $11,000.00

All hunts require a $2,000.00 booking fee that will be applied towards your total balance. This is necessary and non negotiable or refundable to ensure the availability of your buck.
All prices include game care and transport of your trophy to a local processor and taxidermist if you’d like. All credit card payments will include a service charge.

We have other species of exotics available, if you have a certain request give us a call and we can see if we can accommodate you. Lodging is in the works, and you will be updated on lodging availability and pricing as it becomes available. In the mean time, there are several local hotels to choose from if necessary, and transportation to and from your hotel will be provided if you wish.
