Some of you may have already received the Montana Secretary of State's Office postcard informing voters about changes made by the 2025 Montana Legislature that affect voter requirements and registration. Since the postcards were mailed, a District Court injunction has been issued- making some of the information on the postcards incorrect.
Under the injunction, Election Day voter registration is available all day while polls are open and the Park County Election office will NOT be open on Saturday, May 30, as previously required by the 2025 legislative change.

Please refer to the important dates posted below, and as always, please call the Park County Elections Office for clarification.
