As Memorial Day weekend approaches, members of VFW Post 8568 and Auxiliary invite our community to join us as we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

You will find several members of the Post and Auxiliary around town honoring our Fallen Heroes. Please stop by, say hello, and help us continue our mission of remembrance and service.

Whether you choose to ruck, walk, or ride, join us as we give back to our community while remembering those who gave all.

Today, we proudly recognize our Commander, Brandon Scott, for representing the VFW and Honor Guard in paying tribute to U.S. Army Cpl. Orestus Marion Stewart, who was killed in action during the Korean War in 1950 and has finally returned home after 76 years.

Welcome home, Cpl. Stewart. Your service, sacrifice, and dedication to our nation will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

On this Armed Forces Day, we proudly honor all the brave men and women serving in the United States Armed Forces. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication to our nation are deeply appreciated.

From all of us at VFW Post 8568 thank you to those currently serving and to every veteran who has answered the call to defend our freedom. We are forever grateful for your service and the families who support you every step of the way.

The VFW is so much more than a place to grab a drink. It’s a home for veterans, a support system for families, and a service organization dedicated to honoring those who served our country. 🇺🇸

We are decorating to transform our Dance Hall to a Ballroom... The Valentine’s Dance featuring Scott Kerr and the East River Band will take place on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, at the Livingston VFW Post 8568, located at 4951 US HWY 190 West, Livingston, TX Cantina opens 5PM with our Regular Grill Menu available, Special Menu available 6PM Special menu Option #1 Lump meat Crab Cake, Jumbo Shrimp, Roasted Vegetables, Side Salad.
