Dr Mansoor Ahmed a nephrologist, kidney Doctor, who was arrested by LPSO ICAC Division. This occurred during a Chris Hansen sting in September 2025. Ahmed was charged with Indecent Behavior with a juvenile, and Computer Aided Solicitation. He showed up to the sting house to have a sexual encounter with a what he thought was a 15 year old juvenile. In June 2026 Assistant District Attorney BRETT SOMMER dropped all charges on this pe*****le with the agreement that he would self deport to his home country… So, now he can practice medicine anywhere in the world as a pe*****le that wasn’t held accountable!!

🚨Just a little rant!! 🚨 The judges of the 21st Judicial District need to step up and protect our citizens from given pe*****les low bonds…

And the District Attorney’s office needs to prosecute child predator cases that are brought to them…

These issues need to be exposed and addressed..

Why is it certain Judges give pe*****les low bonds, and why certain Assistant District Attorney’s do not prosecute pe*****les???

These questions will be asked and they need to answer as to why???

LPSO: Home Invasion/R**e Investigation; ARREST; Suspect = Undocumented (From Honduras)

Around 2:30 on 2/6/26, LPSO Deputies were dispatched to Whitley Road (Denham Springs) in re: a Home Invasion.

Sheriff Jason Ard says, “Upon arrival, a female victim revealed that an armed male broke into her home & sexually assaulted her. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical care. In the meantime, LPSO was able to track the suspect to a home also located along Whitley Road. Irlando Giron (37) - the victim’s neighbor - is in LPSO custody. During our investigation, we recovered the handgun used. It was found to be stolen out of Texas. Giron is undocumented (from Honduras). Our detectives are still actively working this case.”

Giron is being charged with the following:
>First Degree R**e
>Home Invasion
>Aggravated Assault w/Firearm
>Possession of a Stolen Firearm

Sheriff Ard says, “This appears to be an isolated incident. There was no forced entry found on scene. I want to remind you to secure your homes: lock doors, invest in a good lighting system, make sure any cameras are in working order. The perpetrator in this case now sits behind bars.
