The Rockcastle County Development Board received an Appalachian Regional Commission Flex-E-Grant through the Kentucky Department for Local Government and administered by Brushy Fork Institute of Berea College. The grant was used to develop an early child development program for ages 0-5 years old. Although Space2Create is not a daycare, the goal of the program is to provide fun activities for youn

g children, allowing them to socialize and give parents opportunities to network. The prices are $2.00 per child ages 0-2 years old and $3.00 per child ages 3-5 years old.
