📢 **MEDICAID EXPANSION IS CHANGING — HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**
Beginning July 1, 2026, some Montana Medicaid Expansion members ages 19–64 may be required to complete **80 hours per month of qualifying community engagement activities** to maintain their coverage.
Qualifying activities may include:
💼 Working
🎓 Going to school
📚 Job training
🤝 Community service and volunteering
Some individuals are excluded from these requirements, including people with certain medical conditions, caregivers, pregnant and postpartum women, eligible veterans, and others.
