Hello Tribal community! We are the Native CDFI department known as Toknaawa Development Fund. We’re a developing Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that explores the needs, benefits, and limitations of financial services to our tribal community. Our goal is to open in mid-2026 as an independent nonprofit organization that will provide loans and training to help with home repairs, expand locally owned and operated private businesses, increase financial stability, and build/restore credit. We are pleased to be involved with ACT and hope to continue working together to improve the quality of our community.
Our department has three members. Executive Director Augustine Zamora (right), Finance Manager Nick Bullock (left), and Project Coordinator Charley Battise (center). If you do not know us already, we will be happy to get the chance to meet you! Thank you.

ATTENTION ACT TRIBAL MEMBERS!! Our department has sent out letters containing surveys for community input. We would appreciate your feedback! There is a drawing that will be happening in the month of December. You have 5 chances to win $100, $75, or $50. Our department needs your response to navigate and support your financial goals.
