‘The Bus’ will offer free shuttle service to the Merced County Fair this year through its annual ‘Free Fare to the Fair’ program.

Shuttle buses will be available from both the North Transit Hub on North M Street in Merced and the Merced Transpo in downtown Merced every night of the Fair, which takes place Wednesday, June 10th through Sunday, June 14th. Free parking in downtown Merced is available in the Bank of America lot across the street from the Transpo. Parking at the North Transit Hub is also free of charge.

Shuttles will operate between both locations and the front Fair gate approximately every 30 minutes, starting at 5:00pm, with the last shuttle departing the fairgrounds at 12:30am.

Merced County Cooling Zones will be activated beginning June 1st and will remain available through October 31st, weather permitting.

May is Bike Month, and we’re excited to encourage our community to get out, stay active, and consider biking as a fun and sustainable way to travel.
