We just attended a powerful presentation from IMPART Alliance, an initiative led by Michigan State University—and they’re tackling a critical issue that impacts all of us: the urgent need for trained Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in Michigan. 💚

Families across the state rely on DCWs to support loved ones at home, but the shortage is growing fast. IMPART Alliance is stepping up with free virtual and hybrid training to build a stronger, well-trained care workforce.
