We are looking for volunteers to help make our Summer Bash a success on June 4th from 6:00–7:30 p.m.!

We need help with:
🌭 Grilling
🍿 Concessions
🏰 Bounce House supervision

If you are able to volunteer for all or part of the event, we would greatly appreciate your help! Events like this are only possible because of our amazing school community.

Get Involved at Botsford: B.E.S.T. Parent Organization Board Openings for Next Year

Botsford Elementary Families & Friends,

The Botsford Elementary Support Team, also known as B.E.S.T., is seeking interested parents and guardians to serve in several open board positions for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

B.E.S.T. plays an important role in fostering strong partnerships between home, school, and community. The organization sponsors programs, activities, and events for students, families, staff, and community members, while also raising funds to provide items and services that directly and indirectly benefit the Botsford Elementary learning community.

Open Board Positions
The following positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year:
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Sports Director

Officer Term of Service
The term for each elected officer will begin on July 1st of the year elected and conclude on June 30th of the following year.

Candidate Eligibility
All candidates must:
Be a parent or guardian of a current Botsford Elementary student
Submit a letter of interest by the deadline listed below
Be present at the May B.E.S.T. Meeting on Wednesday, May 13th

How to Submit a Letter of Interest
Interested candidates must submit a letter of interest including:
Candidate name
Position of interest
Brief statement expressing interest in serving

Please submit all letters of interest to Principal DeCaire no later than:
Friday, May 8th at 4:00 PM

Candidate Announcement
All candidate names will be published through ParentSquare on Monday, May 11th, before the May B.E.S.T. Meeting.

Election Information
If a position has multiple candidates, an election will take place on:

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

All eligible families of current Botsford Elementary students are encouraged to participate.

Teacher Appreciation Week is in full swing. This morning was Hydration Station. Tomorrow is breakfast. If you signed up to bring your items in we will be outside to collect your donations. Donations can also be dropped off to the office today as well. Thank you.
