🎃👻 It’s never too early to start thinking about HALLOWEEN! 👻🎃

The Castanea Township Halloween Parade is coming up on Sunday, October 25th, and we’re already looking for groups, organizations, businesses, families and community members who want to be part of the fun!

We’re recruiting:

🚗 Decorated Cars
🚶 Walkers
🏃 Athletic Groups

The weather may have changed our plans, but the music is still going strong—inside Moose Lodge #100!

Take a trip back in time with your favorite hits from the ’60s!

🎤 7:00–9:00 PM – Anchor & Arrow
Get ready for an upbeat mix of soul, funk, rock, and jazz, with fresh twists on familiar favorites that will keep you singing and dancing all night! (Anchor&Arrow⁠)

🎉 Castanea Community Day is HERE! 🎉

The fun is already underway, and there’s still plenty of time to join us!

🛍️ The Vendor & Craft Fair is happening until 2:00 PM, so come browse local vendors, find unique treasures, and support small businesses.

🌦️ Due to a change in plans because of the weather, ALL activities scheduled at the Castanea Moose will now take place INSIDE the Moose.

Here’s what you can look forward to:
🍔 The kitchen will be open and serving great food.
🍻 The bar will be open.
🎶 All entertainment and live music will be indoors, so the fun continues rain or shine!

The wait is over—grab your family, call your friends, and come spend the day in Castanea! From shopping and historic trains to live animals, great food, cold drinks, live music, and inflatables… we’ve packed the day with something for everyone!

Don’t forget to stop by for Coffee & Donuts during Community Day! Whether you’re an early bird or just in it for the donuts (we won’t judge 😉), we’ll have hot coffee and fresh donuts available for just $1 each starting 9 am at the Historic Train Complex, 15 Logan Ave.

Throw on your tie-dye, dust off those bell bottoms (or convince the kids that’s what “vintage” looks like), and join us for a FREE afternoon of peace, love, and community at Castanea Community Day!

Here’s the lineup:
🌼 4:00–6:00 PM – Family fun, food, a pop-up outdoor bar, party inflatable, and enough good vibes to make a flower child smile.
🎶 7:00–9:00 PM – Anchor & Arrow will keep the party rolling with funky pop hits that’ll have you dancing like nobody’s filming it for social media.

Join us for LIVE MUSIC at Castanea Day on Saturday, July 18th at the Lock Haven Moose Lodge #100 Pavilion (150 S. Hanna St.)!
