The department provides service to an 18 square mile area located in southern Clinton County. Woodward Township borders the west branch of the Susquehanna River across from the City of Lock Haven. We have 37 miles of roadway and approximately 2500 residents. Our officers have received specialized training in various aspects of policing to include DUI Enforcement, Drug & Criminal Investigations, a

nd Vehicle Inspection Enforcement. One officer is also certified as a Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector.
