Clinton County Housing Coalition, Inc. - Life Center & Merit House Provides temporary housing, assistance and life skill development for families and individuals in homeless and unstable housing situations.

Target populations are families, veterans, and the chronically homeless. The Clinton County Housing Coalition currently has 4 programs under it : The Life Center Shelter Program, the 3rd floor SRO Permanent Housing Program, a 3 unit Returning Citizens Home Plan Program and coming this Fall, a 4 unit Emergency Shelter Program.

Additionally, you MUST contact 211 for assessment. We are required to receive referrals from the Coordinated Entry System. CCHC will not be accepting applications for the program, it is referral based.
