✨ Since we have a lot of new eyes here, allow us to introduce ourselves!⭐️
Back in October 2025, dozens of community members came together for a forum because we were worried about the future of SNAP benefits and the growing food insecurity in our area. We kept asking ourselves one simple question:
"What can we do to help?"
The answer became our Sunday Pop-Up Pantry.
❤️ What started as a small idea, built entirely on love and compassion, has grown into something truly special. The CCCA wants to do more community outreach, but this is our main project at the moment!
🌻 Who are we?
We're just your neighbors.
We're volunteers who care. We show up every week. We ask our friends, family, and local businesses to donate so we can share those donations with our neighbors who need a little extra help.
Some of our visitors are retired. Some are working families. Some are facing unexpected hardships. Everyone has a story, and sometimes all someone needs is a little help getting through the week.
💛 Every Sunday from 12:00–2:00 PM at Triangle Park, you'll find us setting up tables, greeting familiar faces, making new friends, sharing a few laughs, listening, sweating in the summer heat, and doing our best to make sure everyone feels welcome and treated with dignity.
❓ A few questions we hear often...
🍎 Who can come?
Everyone. No referrals. No judgment. No questions asked.
🥫 What do you have?
A little bit of everything! Fresh produce when available, pantry staples, bread, snacks, hygiene items, pet food, and whatever generous donors have shared that week.
🙋 Can I help?
Absolutely! We are always looking for:
❤️ Food and hygiene donations
❤️ Financial donations
❤️ A few extra hands to help with setup and tear-down on Sundays

🎉 We also have exciting news...
We are now officially a nonprofit organization!
One thing that makes us a little different is that we don't have a traditional board of directors. Instead, we're made up of community members who work together and make decisions by consensus. We believe the best ideas come from people who genuinely care about their neighbors.
🌱 Our dream is just getting started.
We'd love to have a permanent space where we can expand what we offer—more food, more hygiene supplies, more programs, more connection, and more opportunities to bring our community together.
None of this would be possible without the incredible generosity of people who donate, volunteer, share our posts, or simply encourage what we're doing.
This isn't our pantry.
It's your community pantry.
Thank you for helping us prove that when neighbors come together, amazing things can happen. ❤️
