Comments posted by users are the opinions of the users only, and publication of comments do not imply endorsement of—or agreement by—Caldwell County. h our posts and to start constructive dialogue as it pertains to the topic being discussed. We ask that you keep comments clean, respectful, and related to county government. Caldwell County does not tolerate and will remove comments in violation of the Facebook Community Standards, including: misleading information or false claims; vulgar or abusive language; personal or obscene attacks of any kind; offensive terms targeting individuals or groups based on gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation; threats or defamatory statements; links to any site; suggestions or encouragement of illegal activity; multiple successive off-topic posts, including spam; harassment and bullying of Caldwell County employees or other users; unsolicited proposals or other business ideas; or promotion or endorsement of commercial services, products, or unrelated entities. Repeated failure to comply with this Caldwell County social media policy may result in the commenter being blocked from Caldwell County social media platforms. Caldwell County further disclaims all responsibility and liability for any materials that the County deems inappropriate for posting which cannot be removed in an expeditious or otherwise timely manner. Users participate at their own risk, taking personal responsibility for their comments, username, and any other information provided. All comments posted—even if subsequently deleted—are subject to disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act.
