Bring your little explorer out to Navarro Springs Park for Story Stream, a literacy-based environmental education program for children ages 4-8 and their families!​

This month, we will be reading Drop by Emily Kate Moon and crafting water cycle bracelets! ​

Through engaging books and hands-on activities, Story Stream introduces children to water conservation, pollution, and how to care for their watershed.​

🚨Reminder! If you plan to participate the Texas Well Owner Network program, water samples are due at one of the four drop-off locations: ​
📍Caldwell County AgriLife Extension Office​
📍Plum Creek Conservation District Office​
📍Luling Foundation Farm​
📍Hays County AgriLife Extension Office ​
by 11 AM tomorrow, August 4th. Samples should be collected within 24 hours of submittal time and kept cold. Each sample is $15 and requires a sample information form. ​
Results will be interpreted on August 5th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Luling Foundation Farm. ​
This is a great opportunity for private well owners to learn how to better understand, manage, and protect their water sources, to help keep their water safe and sustainable. ​

Texas Well Owner Network will be hosting a program on August 5th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Luling Foundation Farm. ​

This is a great opportunity for private well owners to learn how to better understand, manage, and protect their water sources, to help keep their water safe and sustainable. ​

Water samples can be dropped off by 11 AM on August 4th at the Hays County AgriLife Extension Office, Caldwell County AgriLife Extension Office, Plum Creek Conservation District Office, or Luling Foundation Farm. Happy 17th Anniversary of the Plum Creek Watershed Protection Plan! ​

Approved by the Environmental Protection Agency on July 24, 2009, the Plum Creek WPP became the first EPA-approved WPP in Texas. ​

We are grateful for nearly two decades of community partnership and continued progress in the Plum Creek Watershed. ​
