Hey, Texas voters! If you received a Voter Registration application that was pre-populated with your name and an address that is in the county where you WORK, but not in the county where you LIVE, and you signed it and sent it in, you are going to have a difficult time voting. Keep in mind that you VOTE WHERE YOU LIVE.
We are past the voter registration deadline now, so if you're now registered to vote in a county where you DO NOT LIVE, you only have ONE option, and that is to vote a LIMITED BALLOT - ONLY during Early Voting, and ONLY at the main elections office for the county where you live. If you try to vote a regular ballot, whether in the new county or old, they should require you to vote a provisional ballot, which should be rejected by the Early Voting Ballot Board. There is NO PLACE for you to vote on Election Day. You can only vote a LIMITED BALLOT during EARLY VOTING (10/21 - 11/1) at the MAIN ELECTIONS OFFICE.
