From fun costumes to bags of candy, make sure you and your loved ones have a safe Halloween this year! Some tips for staying safe include:

• Choosing costumes that are bright or adding a strip of reflective tape to make them easily seen in the dark.
• Wearing makeup and hats rather than masks that could obscure vision.
• Not eating candy until it has been inspected at home.
• Removing any choking hazards from the Halloween bags of young children.
