Fewer employees is not the same as a better office.

Trimming one position and calling it savings is not modernization. The work that actually saves taxpayers time and money is the work of upgrading how an office runs.

Online payments so nobody has to drive across the county to pay a bill. Clear monthly reporting in plain language. Systems that cut errors and cut waiting time. County funds invested wisely first, liquidity second, return third.

That is what I will bring to the Will County Treasurer's office.
