Announcing a special yard sale item:

It is a 2021, 26' Avenger R/V trailer (pictured is an ad from online - not the one we have but looks identical). I have also included a 2024 ad (list for close to $40k) with a similar layout/floorplan.

It is like new, only used twice. Includes custom step entrance, power-awning (extend-retract), outdoor kitchen with stove, sink and refrigerator, full appliances including 3-way, double door refrigerator, front master and back bunk beds, pull out leather sofa and dinette converts to a bed, built in entertainment center including outside speakers, TV wall bracket, wired for cable, full bath, and more.

New in 2021 - over $30k, comparable used $22k to $26k, our price $18k ($17k for Hands or Habitat volunteers).
