🚨More wetlands could lose federal protection🚨

Today, the Trump administration moved forward with a proposal that could dramatically narrow which wetlands and streams that are protected under the Clean Water Act.

Wetlands aren’t wastelands. They are among nature’s most important ecosystems — filtering our water, reducing flooding, storing carbon and providing critical habitat for birds, fish, amphibians, insects and countless other species.

Wetlands are often called the “lungs of the Earth” because they help cycle carbon, support healthy ecosystems and keep our planet functioning.

When we destroy wetlands, we don’t just lose a patch of soggy ground,, we lose an entire ecosystem and the natural protections it provides.

Please vote this November to stop all this sickening habitat destruction.
