DuPage Federation on Human Services Reform has updated its Illinois Public Benefits Income Limits Desk Aid as of May 26, 2026.

For many years, this desk aid has served as a practical quick-reference resource for caseworkers, enrollment assisters, navigators, and community organizations helping individuals and families access public benefits programs. The guide provides a consolidated snapshot of current income and resource limits for Medicaid, SNAP, Marketplace Coverage, All Kids, TANF, Medicare Savings Programs, and related programs.

The desk aid is updated regularly to reflect changes to federal poverty guidelines, program thresholds, and annual state and federal updates.

**Big news for affordable housing in DuPage County!**

HB4571 has officially passed both chambers of the Illinois General Assembly and is headed to the Governor's desk. This legislation gives counties new tools to create and preserve affordable housing, support housing development, and expand opportunities for residents earning up to 150% of the area median income.

As an organization that has been actively involved in affordable housing discussions and advocacy in DuPage County, we are excited to see this important step forward. Thank you to Chairwoman Deb Conroy, Senator Laura Ellman, and all those who worked to advance this legislation.
