Finally getting around to some updates, it has been and still is a couple of busy days for these volunteers! A structure fire yesterday, back to a rekindle of the fire this morning and now dealing with a rolled tractor is today’s activity.

Out with the old, in with the new, the new engine is in service!

This the season, early this morning we responded to a chimney fire with extension on the wall, the crew made quick work extinguishing the fire, with assistance from Champion 5, and Weston covering our station while we were out. After fire was extinguished we refilled our engine at the Mill Pond hydrant, which we are so fortunate to have close by, and all units returned safely.

A reminder to have all heating devices cleaned and inspected before every heating season!
