He was last seen in the area of Kennedy Place in Providence RI. He was wearing a purple hat, snow camouflage jacket, and blue jeans.

Mr. Connelly is 5’10” tall, 175 lbs, 55 years old, with blonde hair, and blue eyes.

Mr. Connelly has physical, and mental health conditions that require immediate treatment.
