On July 9, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on East 13th Street in Barnegat Light.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver,19-year-old Peyton Million of Monroe Township for driving while intoxicated. Million was processed and released pending a future court date.
The Long Beach Township Police Department commends the professional actions of Patrolman Madison, Patrolman Mazzola and Sergeant Reynolds for their efforts that led to this apprehension.
All charges are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

On July 10, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Tract 1065.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 31-year-old Hebtallh Hashem of Barnegat for possession of prescription narcotics with intent to distribute and four counts of possession of prescription narcotics. Hashem was processed and lodged in Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.

On July 11, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department responded to the area of 59th Street and Long Beach Boulevard for a two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries.
Upon their arrival, it was discovered that the driver and passenger of one of the involved vehicles fled the scene on foot. They were located shortly after. Further investigations resulted in the arrest of that driver, 49-year-old Nicole Franck of West Nyack for driving while intoxicated, hindering apprehension, obstruction, and endangering the welfare of a child. Franck was processed and lodged in Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.

Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 31-year-old James Lozier of Barnegat for driving while intoxicated. Lozier was processed and released pending a future court date.

Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the passenger, 56-year-old Maureen Sprague of Barnegat for possession of prescription narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Sprague was processed and released pending a future court date.

Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 37-year-old Desmond Webb of Philadelphia for outstanding warrants. Webb was processed and released pending a future court date.

On July 16, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Long Beach Boulevard in the area 40th Street.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 31-year-old Eric Mckenney of Manahawkin for driving while intoxicated. Mckenney was processed and released pending a future court date.

Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 55-year-old Kenneth Ingling of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania for driving while intoxicated. Ingling was processed and released pending a future court date.

On July 22, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of West 21st Street in Barnegat Light.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of 20-year-old Russell Steinman III of Asbury for driving while intoxicated. Steinman was processed and released pending a future court date.

On July 27, 2026, Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department responded to the area of Beach Avenue and 19th Street for a two-car motor vehicle crash with one of the vehicles leaving the scene.
Officers were able to locate and identify the driver of the vehicle that fled. Further investigations resulted in the arrest of that driver, 36-year-old Perparim Lloqanaj of Pompton Lakes for driving while intoxicated, obstruction, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and refusal to fingerprint. Lloqanaj was processed and lodged in Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.

On July 29, 2026, Officer from the Long Beach Township Police Department were conduct a traffic detail in the area of Tract 1127 and Long Beach Boulevard. As a result, they conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of East Lee Avenue in Harvey Cedars.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 44-year-old Daniel Bierbower of Galloway for two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon. Bierbower was processed and lodged in Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.
