Today we would like to spotlight our Kite Community Champion, Apple Bank of Long Beach, for their generous donation towards our Kite Flying Festival! Be sure to stop by the Apple Bank table on the day of the Kite Flying Festival, where their team will be providing valuable financial literacy resources and support to our community.

Additionally, for every $25 donated to Long Beach Latino on the day of the Kite Flying Festival, Apple Bank will help you open a Youth Savings Account and contribute $25 to the account.

No envíes dinero, información personal, documentos de inmigración ni copias de tu identificación a nadie que haga estas promesas. Si una oferta parece demasiado buena para ser verdad, probablemente lo sea.

Comparte esta advertencia con tus familiares y amigos para que nadie caiga víctima de esta estafa.

We are so excited to be working together to discuss the Hispanic Heritage Movie Night on September 20 at the Library and to begin laying the groundwork to launch the Bilingual Book Club we are all so excited for! 📚

The students at our President Orlando Ariza’s music school in Colombia have been making beautiful music and developing their talents with their keyboards, but after so much love and use, the original keyboards are beginning to wear down.

We’re hoping to provide them with new keyboards so they can continue learning, creating, and sharing the wonderful music you see in these clips. ❤️

If you’re able to donate a keyboard that is no longer in use or make a monetary contribution toward the purchase of a new one, your support will directly help these talented students continue their musical journey.

Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer. Thank you for helping us keep their music playing! 🎶🙏
Los estudiantes de la escuela de música de nuestro presidente Orlando Ariza en Colombia han estado creando música hermosa y desarrollando su talento con sus teclados, pero después de tanto uso y cariño, los teclados originales comienzan a desgastarse.

Esperamos poder proporcionarles teclados nuevos para que puedan seguir aprendiendo, creando y compartiendo la maravillosa música que ven en estos videos. ❤️
