💙 Thank You, Pause the Pain Community 💙

After much thought and reflection, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our monthly Pause the Pain event.
We are so grateful for everyone who joined us, shared their stories, and helped create a space of hope and healing. While this program is ending, our mission remains the same: because no one grieves alone. We look forward to sharing new opportunities to connect with our community.

We’re grateful for every conversation and the chance to remind others that support is available and that no one has to navigate grief alone. With the announcement of our special Mother’s Day Pause the Pain, we also want to share that we are officially moving our Pause the Pain day to the 2nd Tuesday of the month. They will consistently be hosted on the corner of Bixby Rd. and Long Beach Blvd.

We thank those that show up each month to build community and hope that we can continue to create a safe space for adults, children, and families struck with grief.

Date: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month
Time: 5-7PM
