Tonight members of Elberon and West Long Branch EMS participated with the staff at Monmouth University Athletics Department to review protocols and procedures when dealing with sport related injuries. We commend the staff for putting on a great training, and look forward to the season ahead! 💙🚑

Busy weekend for Elberon EMS, yesterday we supported the EMS coverage for Sea Bright and Sandy Hook for Sail 250th, and Sea Bright’s Annual Fireworks display! Members also responded to a 2nd Alarm Fire in Long Branch around 12am this morning!

Today members will be in Pier Village supporting the annual OceanFest and later remaining on site for Long Branches Annual Fireworks display!

This month’s training night consisted of moving patients with devices, reviewing techniques, safe operation, and confidence using the equipment! Awesome job by our dedicated members!

Last Friday Squad 2522 was dispatched into the City for a working fire in a multiple family building. Ambulance 56 was on scene to assist Medstar and support firefighter rehab. No injuries were reported and the fire was contained to and knocked down quickly by the fire departments on scene.

Elberon EMS had the pleasure to support Music America, a special event to celebrate the opening of the Bruce Springsteen Performing Arts Center at Monmouth University. Our crews provided EMS coverage and has the pleasure of seeing artists from across all genres of music, like Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and Sheryl Crowe. We are very grateful for our long standing relationship with Monmouth University, who entrusts us to provide on site professional, compassionate, and dedicated care to their students, staff, and visitors!

Our volunteers spent the evening sharpening their skills through hands-on training scenarios, patient assessment exercises, and stretcher operations. Continuous training helps ensure we’re prepared to provide the highest level of care when our community needs us most.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and dedicated their time to improving their lifesaving skills. Training never stops, and neither does our commitment to serving Elberon and the surrounding communities.

🚑 Along with hands-on training, our crew also responded to a medevac assignment and answered an emergency call in Atlantic Highlands. Training and real-world response—all in a night’s work.

Today, Elberon EMS was out in Freehold assisting with the 162nd Memorial Day Parade in downtown Freehold! Honored to stand by and support such a special community tradition while remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙
