John Dillon Park

John Dillon Park Open May through August This was the vision of International Paper's retired Chairman and CEO, John Dillon.
(13)

John Dillon Park's main goal is to make the natural landscape of the Adirondacks available to everyone, especially people with disabilities. Upon the retirement of John Dillon, in honor of his service and leadership, International Paper designed and constructed John Dillon Park as a fully accessible facility located in a wilderness setting. The park will demonstrate how well-managed forests, manuf

acturing, recreation and forestry protection play a role in benefiting the Adirondacks. International Paper has partnered with Paul Smith's College, to manage the park, and the State of New York, through a recreation easement, to bring this idea to reality. We offer you the opportunity to open up your world of experience by joining us in experiencing the beauty of the Adirondacks.
