The Appetizing Book club had a coffee tasting event at Origin Coffee Co, located in Saranac Lake. We learned how coffee is made, and Origin's dedication in purchasing fair trade certified coffee.
The event included a brief presentation with an overview of acquiring coffee to creating a finished product; and tasting three samples to "guess" the flavors.
