🚒🔥 October is Fire Prevention Month! 🔥🚒

The Longmeadow Fire Department recently visited Greenwood Children’s Center for a fun, interactive fire safety presentation and hands-on fire truck demonstration!

Our amazing first responders taught the children important fire safety lessons, demonstrated their protective gear, and gave our little learners an up-close look at a real fire truck! 🚒👨‍🚒

Experiences like these help children learn valuable safety skills while building trust and familiarity with the firefighters who work so hard to keep our community safe.

A HUGE thank you to the Longmeadow Fire Department for taking the time to educate, engage, and inspire our youngest residents! ❤️

Lizards, lizards everywhere! 🦎🎨

Our young artists at Wolf Swamp Road School are having a blast in the Crayola Imagine Arts Academy after-school program, sculpting clay lizards and building colorful scenes for them to call home. Paper scraps, foam beads, and pipe cleaners are turning into some very creative habitats, and every little reptile has its own personality!

Want your child to join the fun? Late registrations are still being accepted! 💚

And mark your calendars: a brand new themed session is coming in January, with Crayola Imagine Arts Academy programs at all three of our elementary schools: Wolf Swamp Road School, Blueberry Hill School, and Center School.
