The Inn Between of Longmont, Inc. The Inn Between provides affordable housing and supportive services to families and individuals faci The Inn Between of Longmont, Inc.

(Inn) was established in 1993 out of the collective efforts of a coalition of 23 community agencies to address homelessness. Since then, the Inn has grown from one facility with 31 units to four facilities with 72 units of supportive housing. In 2015, in order to meet the growing need for affordable housing in our community, the administrative offices were moved from 250 Kimbark Street to a commer

cial building to provide space for an additional five units of housing at this facility. By providing these five additional units, the Inn will prepare to bridge a gap in the affordable housing market. The Inn has a total of 72 units; 16 three-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom, 19 one-bedroom and 22 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units. In 2015, we housed 263 individuals; 108 of those were children residing at The Inn. Goal: To provide safe, time limited, low cost supportive housing to low income families and individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Objective: To be the agent of change for clients by meeting critical housing needs to empower them to achieve stability. Goal: To educate residents to become self-sufficient
Objective: To ensure necessary resources and case management support are in place help residents set goals and action plans and build skills needed to live independently with stability. Goal: To collaborate with the community to address homelessness and affordable housing needs for a diverse low-income population. Objective: To broaden our community impact by providing a simple, decent, affordable supportive housing as a resource for other local agencies who play a vital role in meeting the needs of low-income individuals and families.

Maya’s story is a powerful reminder that stable housing changes lives. Before moving into Wesley Townhomes, paying rent on time was a constant struggle. Over the past eight months, she has consistently paid rent on time. That kind of stability comes from having an affordable home, supportive services, and a community designed for long-term success.

We’re grateful to Krische Construction Inc. for helping build Wesley Townhomes and making stories like Maya’s possible. Your partnership is helping families create a stronger, more secure future.

At The Inn Between, we know that building long-term stability takes more than a place to call home. That’s why we provide supportive services and life skills trainings that give residents practical tools they can use to reach their goals.

Financial literacy is one way we help residents build those skills. As one resident shared, “The financial literacy class has helped me learn more about how to budget my income.”

Thank you to SouthState Bank for sharing your expertise and helping provide the financial literacy training that supports our residents on their journey toward greater stability and independence.
