✨ Spotlight Sunday at Pumpjack Pages ✨

This week we have two great books, a fun mix of adventure and beautifully written historical fiction.

✨Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown is a childhood favorite for a reason! Stanley is just your average kid… until a bulletin board accident turns him completely flat. Suddenly he’s mailing himself in envelopes, sliding under doors, and having all kinds of unexpected adventures. It’s lighthearted, silly, and a great reminder that being “different” can lead to some pretty amazing stories.

✨All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. Set during World War II, this story follows a blind French girl and a German boy whose paths eventually cross in ways shaped by war, survival, and quiet courage. It’s beautifully written and one of those books that lingers with you long after you put it down.
