Some of you may have noticed that the ambulance that has been in town was missing for the past few months. Well we are happy to announce that it is back in town!!! It will be manned everyday from 9 am to 9 pm. It is here to serve our community and the surrounding communities. We can’t be more happy to welcome OSF PRO Ambulance Service back. They are dedicated to providing top notch service to the rural communities in Champaign and Vermillion Counties!!

Ahead of a strong cold front, we are expecting thunderstorms to begin developing in west central Illinois around mid afternoon, before they merge into a squall line and track southeast. These storms will be capable of producing hail larger than golf balls, along with damaging winds and possible tornadoes. Areas in orange are in an Enhanced Risk ("3" on a scale of 1 to 5) of severe weather. Once these storms exit the region, the severe weather threat will be over for the next several days.
