Thanks to a partnership between our Communities In Schools of East Texas Mr Andy Sanders, Nurse Twiss and our PE Coach Northcutt, JMQ has a clothes and shoes closet. This closet offers new or gently used uniform clothes and shoes to students. If you would like to donate or want more information, please contact Andy Sanders, [email protected].

Farm From School with Texas Farm Bureau during Fall 2022! This program offers a virtual opportunity for K-5 classrooms (public, private, and homeschool) to engage with farmers and ranchers to learn more about agriculture. And it connects to grade-level concepts!

SUMMER SCIENCE CAMPS ARE HERE!

We are proud to announce our Summer Science sessions will begin June 7th! Over a five-week period, we will host 20 amazing classes designed to enlighten kids (ages 5-10) about the natural world and inspire them to be lifelong stewards of our planet Earth. Each day, students will have two different classes. Every class builds upon the previous one, culminating in a rich and memorable learning experience…all while having lots of fun!

Classes meet in the Longview Arboretum and Nature Center classrooms from 9-11:30AM on the selected dates. Classes are $30 each day per student.
